i just realized that with the craziness of what was little nutmegs short life, i completely forgot to post self portraits 5 and 6!  oops!  so here they are...

also, after completing a few things off my list of todo's (see post below) i treated myself with 2 hours of pool time. :] it was muuuuuuch needed!  while floating on my raft, soaking up the rays, i snapped this picture with my phone and holy crap it came out wicked cool!

i'm not even sure how it happened but i do know that it looks pretty frickin sweet! :]

also, i'm working on a new painting...apologies for the horrible orange tint...my kitchen is full of 1970's orange-y stained wood, and it casts an unflattering glow on anything snapped in the kitchen or dining room...

lastly, it's time to announce the winner of my giveaway!  of course, if you've been keeping up with the blog, you will have figured out that the little kitten's name was nutmeg...and this lovely friend came up with it...

it really was the perfect name for the little one...it fit him so perfectly! :]  so congratulations, rami, i will be personalizing your tote and you will be receiving it soon!  (i know you're super excited!!!)

alright kiddos, i've relaxed enough for one afternoon.  reward time is over...time to get back to work!
